Lisa started practicing yoga in 2000, and after several years of experiencing how powerful and life-changing yoga can be, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Blue Banyan Yoga in Philadelphia.
She loves practicing and teaching vinyasa yoga, as it can be a moving meditation, calming and strengthening the mind and the body. She loves to explore fun and creative sequencing in her classes, while always encouraging her students to cultivate awareness and honor their unique selves.
Yoga has helped Lisa navigate life's changes and challenges, and she continues to be inspired by what she learns on the mat everyday. She challenges herself and her students to stay present, be with the breath, and open up to possibility.

A dynamic flowing form of yoga that links together your breath with movement. These classes have the power to transform your body, revive your spirit and make you feel alive. You will experience a variety of postures, expand on alignment principles and learn modifications as needed. A variety of standing and seated postures will be practiced that will bring a balance of both strength and flexibility, power and grace, energy and restoration. The heart of this practice is in your movement from one pose to the next. Learn to go with the flow, find your edge, and experience inner joy.
