  • Hot Vinyasa: All Level (95)

    A dynamic, flowing form of yoga that links breath with movement. These classes have the power to transform your body, revive your spirit, and make you feel alive. You will experience a variety of postures, expand on alignment principles, and sweat. You will practice a variety of standing and seated postures that will bring both strength and flexibility, power and grace, energy and restoration. The heart of this practice is in your movement from one pose to the next. Learn to go with the flow, find your edge, and experience inner joy.

     

    Make sure you're hydrated, wear fitted clothing, bring a towel to place over your mat, and avoid eating a large meal 1-3 hours before coming to class.

    - Students who have practiced Vinyasa Flow before.

    - Students who enjoy a challenge and are looking to sweat.

    - Students looking to deepen their practice.

    A dynamic flowing form of yoga that links together your breath with movement. These classes have the power to transform your body, revive your spirit and make you feel alive. You will experience a variety of postures, expand on alignment principles and learn modifications as needed. A variety of standing and seated postures will be practiced that will bring a balance of both strength and flexibility, power and grace, energy and restoration. The heart of this practice is in your movement from one pose to the next. Learn to go with the flow, find your edge, and experience inner joy.

    Recommended For:

     

    -Students who have practiced Vinyasa Flow before.

    -Students who enjoy variety, creativity, and movement linked with breath.

    - Pilates and Barre students adding a supporting practice.


  • Classic Hatha: Level I/II
  • All Levels Welcome
     
     
    Hatha yoga provides students with a safe and supportive environment to explore optimal physical alignment in yoga poses. Students will move slowly and mindfully, deepening their understanding of poses while quieting the mind through this breath focused practice.  Because this style has less weight bearing activity for the upper body it is perfect for students who are newer to yoga or recovering from upper body injuries.
     
     
    Recommended For:

    - Brand new beginners.
    - Seniors.
    - Students healing from an injury or with an injury.
    - Intermediate students deepening current practice with alignment work.
    - Pilates and Barre students adding a supporting practice.


  • Yoga Basics: Level I

    Interested in trying Yoga but you don't know where to start? You've come to the right place! We've created the perfect way to get started with our Yoga Basics Classes. These classes are specially designed for people brand new to Yoga but they are also great for novices who want to review the foundations of the practice. Yoga is appropriate for just about anyone. You don't need to be flexible to start, you simply need the desire to show up and do your best. These classes offers an easy and comfortable way for newcomers to begin their own practice and increase confidence on the mat. Areas on concentration include:

    - Yoga's Basic Postures with Proper Alignment.
    - The Role & Importance of Breath in the Practice of Yoga.
    - Techniques for Enhancing a Sense of Moving Meditation for Focus, Stress-Relief, & Relaxation.

  • Quiet Flow: All Level

    Experience a quiet dynamic flowing class that links breath with movement in this teacher led class. Talking is kept to a minimum allowing students to experience a more meditative practice. The heart of this class is in your movement from one pose to the next. Learn to go with the flow, find your edge, and experience inner joy.
