January's TRX Small Group Training Series
Small Group Training Series Schedule with TRX Suspension Training
Get in great shape with one of our small group fitness training series (three to five people) and enjoy both the personal attention and the energy of working in a small group. Each series is 4 weeks long with 2 sessions per week, totaling 8 small group sessions. Sessions run 55 to 60 minutes. Clients can expect to improve strength, flexibility, balance, reduce stress and increase energy levels!
TRX / Total Body Fusion Series #1 - Starts January 2nd with Carly
Carly will continue her popular Total Body Training series and incorporate the core strength work of TRX in her amazing work outs.
